PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THIS WEBSITE. All users of this site agree that access to and use of this site are subject to the following terms and conditions and other applicable law.  If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not use this site.

Shipping Information
Because our collars are custom made, please allow 3-7 days for processing. If you need it faster (ie: you are getting a new puppy!) please let us know and we will make it happen.  We offer USPS first class and priority mail. All Perishable items will be shipped priority mail only (ie: Dog Treats) 

Returns
We strive to make sure that you are happy with your order. We know that sometimes that isn't the case for one reason or another so...

• Items that have been broken or damaged in the mail may be returned for exchange or store credit within 7 days of receiving. 

• Mimi Green made items may be returned, in good condition, with original packaging, within 14 days of receiving, for store credit (minus original shipping charges).   The shipping cost for a return is the customer's responsibility. 

• All items manufactured by Red Dingo and Dog IDs are final sales.

• All items manufactured by COOKIE MOON, Molly Mutt, Canine Earth and Lazy Dog are not returnable if open. 

• We do not accept returns on customized items.

• Mimi Green only issues store credit or exchanges. We do not offer refunds, no exceptions.
