All of our Mimi Green items are handmade, and made-to-order.
Please be aware that variations may occur. The pattern on the fabric may be slightly different than pictured, as each one is a totally original creation, made just for your dog!
If the item you receive is defective, is the wrong size due to an oversight by us, the wrong item, or contains a mistake (misspelling, wrong number, crooked engraving), please contact our office and we will replace your item free of charge. We will not ask you to return the original.
Returns and Exchanges:
You may exchange or refund non-personalized items within 30 days of recieving your item. You may exchange your item for free of cost or request a refund with a 10% restocking fee. We only accept returns/exchanges on items that are in brand-new condition, with tags and packaging intact.
Products that are personalized (engraving, embroidery, etc.) cannot be exchanged, returned, or refunded unless there was an error in your order, or if the item was damaged in shipping. If you made a mistake when ordering an engraved item, we offer to pay 50% of the original cost, plus shipping, for you to place a new order.
We don't typically offer refunds on products we do not manufacture. Those items include: Molly Mutt Beds, West Paw items, Canine Earth products. We will usually direct you to the manufacture for exchanges. In the case where we do agree to provide a refund (IE: you re-ordered from us) there is a 15% restocking fee.

To change a personalized item:
If you ordered an item that is too long, we offer a one-time resizing service for a $9 fee. You must call our offices and pay over the phone with an updated credit card. You will be responsible for shipping the item to us.
If you ordered an item that is too wide, we offer to pay 50% of the original cost, plus shipping. You must call our offices and pay over the phone with an updated credit card.
If, for any reason, you need to mail something back to us: Don’t mail us anything without speaking to us first! When you call our office, we can provide you with a Return Authorization # for your Returns/Exchanges form. We will not process items that haven’t been assigned a proper Return Authorization number!
We can make repairs on embroidered collars. The charge is between $6 and $9 depending on how badly the embroidery is pulled out. Just download the Returns/Exchanges form and mail us back the collar. We will take care of the rest!
We can make repairs on your harness. There is a $9 repair fee. You must call our offices and pay over the phone with an updated credit card. You will need to mail the item back to us.
Damages or Manufacturing Defects:

We warranty all of our Mimi Green manufactured items against hardware malfunction or manufacture defect for the life of your product.
If you have any problems with defect, please call our office and we will remidy the problem as quickly as possible.
We do not offer warranties on regular wear-and-tear to items (i.e.: scratching, biting, chewing, excess wear and tear, scratching at embroidery)
At Mimi Green we work hard to make sure you are happy. If for any reason you are not please let us know and we will do our best to make it right!
