The collar tore slightly on my first walk which surprised me because my dog is only 20 lbs
Hi Sash! In reviewing these photos, it does appear to have been chewed or had similar damage induced by the pup. Typically when we see this type of tearing, especially on a martingale loop, it is because the pup is unfamiliar with the martingale, and manages to get their teeth into the loop. If you would like a replacement, we are happy to offer 50% off, either on a different martingale (we could make the loop smaller for you as well if requested), or a regular collar. Let us know if you would like to take us up on that offer.
