Send us an email & quick photo to Shop@MimiGreen.com & we will get you out a replacement ASAP free of charge. Issue: My dog or their playmates damaged the collar. Solution: Oh no! If it is within the first year, We will send you a one-time code for free shipping & 50% off. Issue: My collar malfunctioned. Solution: Send a photo to Shop@MimiGreen.com & one way or another, we will ship a new collar or repair the issue.
