All of our Mimi Green items are handmade, and made-to-order.
Please be aware that variations may occur. The pattern on the fabric may be slightly different than pictured, as each one is a totally original creation, made just for your dog!
If the item you receive is defective, is the wrong size due to an oversight by us, the wrong item, or contains a mistake (misspelling, wrong number, crooked engraving), please contact our office and we will replace your item free of charge. We will not ask you to return the original.
Returns and Exchanges:
Thank you for purchasing a customized Mimi Green item/s – we hope you love it as much as we do! In the event that your items received do not work for your furry friend, the policies listed below will address common concerns.If the item you receive is damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our oversight (wrong size, wrong name/phone number, incorrect color, etc.), we will be happy to replace your item free of charge. We will not ask you to return the original. Please contact us via email at email@example.com if you are having this issue. We ask that you provide a photo of the item in question.
If you ordered the incorrect size (length or width), we can offer you 50% off a new collar, plus free shipping for US domestic shipments. We will not ask you to return the original. To submit your replacement order, you may send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. This offer is valid for 30 days after date of delivery.
We don’t typically offer refunds on products we do not manufacture. Those items include: Molly Mutt Beds, West Paw items, Canine Earth products. We will usually direct you to the manufacture for exchanges. In the case where we do agree to provide a refund (IE: you re-ordered from us) there is a 25% restocking fee.
To change a personalized item:
We can offer remakes on personalized items, including embroidery or engraving, for 50% of retail cost. We can also remake your item to a different width or size for 50% of retail cost. You must contact us within 30 days from delivery if you need to remake your collar based on a sizing issue.
If, for any reason, you need to mail something back to us: Don’t mail us anything without speaking to us first! We do not offer returns or exchanges without prior authorization.
We can sometimes make repairs on embroidered collars, depending on the severity of damage. The cost is between $6 and $9 depending on how badly the embroidery is pulled out. Don’t mail us anything without speaking to us first! You will need to email us a photo of the embroidered item before we can determine if it is repairable. You will also need to receive a Return Authorization number if you need to send the collar back to us. We do not cover the cost of shipping.
Damages or Manufacturing Defects:

Please send us at least one photograph of your damaged or defective item via email to email@example.com . We will then be able to analyze the product and choose the best course of action!
We warranty all of our Mimi Green manufactured items against hardware malfunction or manufacture defect for 1 year.
If you have any problems with defect, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org, and we will remedy the problem as quickly as possible.
We do not offer warranties on regular wear-and-tear to items (i.e.: scratching, biting, chewing, excess wear and tear, scratching at embroidery). Our products are not warrantied for tie-out use (ex: tied to stake in the yard, post on the porch, etc).
Unfortunately, our collars are not indestructible, and the longevity of your Mimi Green item will depend on the behaviors of your dog and/or its playmates!
At Mimi Green we work hard to make sure you are happy. If for any reason you are not please let us know and we will do our best to make it right!
