Gorgeous collar but the sizing was WAY too big, despite following sizing guidelines. Unfortunately, this is my second failed collar order with Mimi Green and they do not allow returns of any kind. Another collar that will sit completely unused. BOO!
Hi Mona! I’m sorry to hear the sizing didn’t work for your pup. For the belt buckle style collars, we do measure to the adjustment holes, not the overall length as you need a bit of overhang to go through the D-Ring. If you believe we made it the wrong size however please send us a picture to customer service and we’d be happy to take a look!
