Beautiful blue color and love the plastic name tag buckle
While the collar itself is excellent in quality, I was misled by the measurements. Never had bought a Martingale collar for any of our dogs, so I went by, what I thought was the appropriate way to measure. It is HUGE on our dog! And we had it personalized, so I can’t return it. I don’t think we will ever buy a Martingale again, as your measurement guidelines don’t seem to include the extra 4″ + that the Martingale loop adds to it, very misleading. Anyway, ordering another regular collar from you, as they are the best quality. Picture below is of our ‘old’ blue collar from Mimi Green and the new, huge red Martingale collar we recently ordered. Obviously a BIG difference in measurment
Hi Lisa, thanks for reaching out, I am sorry to hear your collar did not fit as hoped! I looked up your previous order, and it was a small while the martingale was a Medium, so that would account for the size difference. We measure both types of collars by the neck measurement, the overall lengths are the same for a martingale or regular collar. If you would like to reorder, we do offer 50% off replacements when the wrong size is selected. You can contact us at shop@mimigreen.com to get that discounted replacement.
