While the collar itself is excellent in quality, I was misled by the measurements. Never had bought a Martingale collar for any of our dogs, so I went by, what I thought was the appropriate way to measure. It is HUGE on our dog! And we had it personalized, so I can't return it. I don't think we will ever buy a Martingale again, as your measurement guidelines don't seem to include the extra 4" + that the Martingale loop adds to it, very misleading. Anyway, ordering another regular collar from you, as they are the best quality. Picture below is of our 'old' blue collar from Mimi Green and the new, huge red Martingale collar we recently ordered. Obviously a BIG difference in measurment

I ordered Belle a new martingale collar because her other when was faded. It lasted 4 years, so absolutely nothing wrong with the old one. I wanted a brighter color and the writing was worn out. I got a bright raspberry color with new identification. These collars are durable and worth the money.

The collar came so quickly, even though it was customized! The collar is so well made. It feels very sturdy, but not scratchy or rough. Exactly what I was looking for :)

This is probably my third or fourth order, I love the colors and being able to get the phone numbers directly on the buckle. I prefer the plastic because it’s lighter than the metal. (I re-order because my little girl likes to lay out in the sun in the summer, and always ends up fading hers. But they are great quality, and other than the sun fading wouldn’t need replaced.)

My dog has a long history of taking off dog tags, I knew something like this was coming. Collar works as expected rather he’s on his harness or just the leash connected to his collar. So far I haven’t had any issues with wear/ tear/ or even the dog breaking loose from the collar. For context, my dog has so much energy outside and drags people, so this was a huge plus. Couldn’t be more happy with the product

This is the third collar I’ve purchased from Mimi Green. They have all been exceptional quality and have been worn daily for years. The collar itself is very sturdy and reliable. The print is visible, easy to read (phone number blurred for privacy) and does not rub off. One note: we prefer plastic buckles as the metal rubbed the fur off on one of our sensitive skin pups. More an us issue but something to consider.
