    This is the second Mimi Green collar I have ordered. They are great! So cute and with a matching leash. Excellent quality. Customer service is great because after I ordered, I realized our puppy is eventually going to outgrow the XS so I reached out via text (such a convenient feature!) and they were able to quickly update the order to a size Small collar. High recommend! The collars from Fi are SO boring and Mimi Green has so many awesome choices, it’s hard to choose!

If I custom order a 14.5” herringbone collar then will I still be able to adjust the size up or down when needed? Samantha asked on September 27, 2026

I would recommend putting the full range you would like for a custom size ie if you would like your dog to wear the collar at 14.5" I would request a 14-16" or something like that. If you just put 14.5" as the custom size we will make it to 14.5" max (it will still adjust smaller but not bigger).
