Why a biothane martingale collar?
- Biothane is easy to clean, weather resistant and stays flexible even in freezing temperatures
- PVC coated nylon webbing makes it extremely durable
- Wipes clean with soap and water
- Our Biothane has a great leather look without the maintenance of leather
- Biotane is stink proof where as leather is not
What is a Martingale collar?
A martingale collar, or a no-slip collar, tightens when the dog pulls on it. This provides more control without harming the dog’s neck and throat.
- Martingale collars are great for leash training
- Martingale collars are good for dogs that easily back out of their collars
- Big dogs that tend to pull on walks
- Great for dogs with necks wider than their heads
- Martingale collars only tighten when your dog pulls
- No need to use two collars with this Fi Compatible Martingale!

What Else Should I Know?
Unlike our other Fi Martingales, this style will work without the Fi Device attached. Fi Device is sold separately.
*Stainless steel is recommended if durability is most important you and your pup. Many of our customers enjoy the brass look and are willing to do a little brass care to keep their chain and nameplates looking new. If you choose Brass as your metal type, please note that it does require a bit more care, and that is a softer metal so there is a higher chance of tarnish based on your environment.
