    How to choose a collar buckle according to your dog's walking style

    1. My dog walks well on a leash
    Awesome! Choose from any of our buckles!

    2. I use a harness to walk my dog
    Perfect! Choose any of our buckles!

    3. My dog is very strong & pulls on a leash
    Just to be safe, order our all plastic buckle or belt buckles (both our strongest) or choose any buckle but only use as id + walk your dog on a harness or belt buckle collar.

    4. Our dog has broken side release buckles in the past
    Metal side release buckles can break if tugged on hard enough. They have moving parts that can break when too much pressure is applied. Order our all plastic buckles or belt buckles to be safe if your dog has broken a side release buckle before. Or only use our side release metal buckle for id purposes. )

    5. I prefer a belt buckle collar
    Check out our leather + rubber collars with engraved nameplates! They use an always reliable belt buckle!

    Disclaimer: we thoroughly test our buckles + we can with total certainty tell you that if you tie your dog out or have an aggressive puller, the hybrid metal plastic buckles will break. They withstand 200 lbs of pressure which isn't hard for a dog to achieve when pulling.

    No! When adjusted correctly the dog is never choked, but the collar stays snug around the dog's neck until the pressure

    1. Loosen the collar diameter with the tri-glide and slide the collar around your dog's neck.

    2. Tighten it up with the tri-glide to the correct size.

    3. Attach your leash to the collar's d ring.

    4. When the dog pulls, the loop up front on the collar will tighten so your dog cannot escape their collar.

Laminated Cotton is made by covering a high quality cotton sheeting with a thin layer of polyurethane film. It is PVC, lead & BPA free which makes it even more awesome! Not mention – we are the only ones who make them!

Who doesn’t like a plaid for winter? Our ‘North’ black and white plaid collar is classic and customizable. Changing the nylon webbing color totally changes the look of the collar.

Not only that, it is made with Laminated Cotton! So it is shiny, stain & dirt resistant, resists water, vibrant, super easy to clean, and dang cool. Our laminated cotton holds its value for years to come.

  • Personalized buckle collar with 2-3 lines laser engraving on the buckle with a maximum of 20 characters per line
  • Buckle is custom laser engraved with deep pristine text and your choice of font. (However out buckles are not suitable for tie-out!)
